Paul is known for buying and selling at all price points — in 2017 alone, sales ranged from $549,000 to $10,000,000 — and handling a diverse range of properties, from luxury homes to condominiums, TICs, and small apartment buildings.
A fourth generation San Franciscan, Paul has an unrivaled knowledge of the local real estate market. In over two decades in local real estate, he has helped hundreds of clients find their dream home and/or attain the maximum possible sales price for their property. In addition, he has also renovated many properties and invested in multi-family apartment buildings.
Above all, Paul knows that his continued success depends upon exceeding expectations and forging long-term relationships. With that in mind, he has one goal for every real estate transaction: a completely satisfied client.
Prior to his real estate career, Paul spent many lucrative years in the software industry at several start-ups as well as industry stalwarts such as Microsoft. A true entrepreneur, he also founded and sold a payment processing company. He holds a Master’s degree in computer science.
In his free time Paul enjoys spending time with his wife, Kara, also a top agent, and their three children. He, along with every member of his family, is an avid tennis player, a thrill-seeking skier, and an intrepid traveler.
